Agnieszka Binasik
Legal advisor
Licensed legal advisor, graduated from the Law Faculty at Wrocław University, did legal training in the years 1999-2003 at the Legal Advisors’ Chamber in Katowice. Took part at the post-graduate study of European Union law at the Jagiellonian University in Cracow.

Areas of the particular professional interest: labour law, civil law – in particular obligation law, pharmaceutical law.

She has experience in day-to-day legal service and assistance for entrepreneurs in the area of labour law, including working out and updating the internal regulations of labour law (company collective labour agreements, work regulations, remuneration regulations), drawing up employment contracts as well as all other types of contract as a basis for work/service performance, for example management contracts.

Alfred Ginckaj

Licensed legal advisor, graduated from the Law Faculty at the University of Silesia, legal training in the years 1996-1999 at the Legal Advisors’ Chamber in Katowice.

Areas of the particular professional interest: company law, intellectual property law, bankruptcy law, civil procedure, co-operative law.

He has over ten years of experience in the field of complex legal service for both big and small entrepreneurs, particularly including concluding commercial contracts and consulting on corporate issues. He has advised on transformation and merger processes. He performs legal service among others for companies from machine and devices industry, also the ones which use innovation technologies.

Moreover, he has experience in service for non public health centers and entities realizing projects partly financed by the European Union within European Social Fund.

Wojciech Kubis
Legal advisor
Licensed legal advisor, graduated from the Law Faculty of the University of Silesia, legal training in the years 2003-2006 at the Legal Advisors’ Chamber in Katowice. He has also completed a post-graduate study of real estate evaluation and management at the University of Silesia.

Areas of the particular professional interest: administration procedure, administration substantive law including particularly regulations related to the organization of local government units, public roads and road investments, civil law – particularly rights in property, and real estate transactions and management.

Grzegorz Morawiec
Legal advisor
Licensed legal advisor, graduated from the Law Faculty at the University of Silesia, legal training in the years 1999-2003 at the Legal Advisors’ Chamber in Katowice.

Specializes in company law, public trading in securities, antimonopoly law and investment funds issues.

He has experience in building the development and restructuring strategies for capital groups and introducing the systems of ownership supervision. He has advised in purchasing public companies in processes of privatization and he has also conducted legal service in more than ten transactions regarding acquisition of a controlling block of shares in capital companies, including public companies.

He has experience in carrying out all kinds of transformations, divisions and mergers of capital companies and partnerships. In 2006 he coordinated actions connected with introducing the joint-stock company Fabryka Maszyn Famur to Warsaw Stock Exchange and in 2011 he was the legal advisor during the public offer of Polska Grupa Odlewnicza and Zamet Industry joint-stock companies.

He was also the legal advisor in the proceeding, first on Polish market, of non-cash dividend payment from a public company.

Since 2000 he has been sitting in supervisory boards of capital companies. At present he is a member of the supervisory board of the Fiten a joint-stock company, Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych Silesia a joint-stock company and Elimar a joint stock company.

Jacek Olszewski

Areas of the particular professional interest: real estate transactions, construction law, spatial planning and management law.

He has deliverede legal services to the Office’s clients during numerous real estate trading transactions, including land properties, housing apartments and commercial objects (shopping centers, gas stations, office objects, production premises).

He has wide experience in real estate commercialization, consisting in finding and introducing optimal solutions for real estate management.

He advises and acts as an attorney in the proceedings related to the act on real estate management, construction law and act on spatial management, particularly in the proceedings for issuing building permits, object use permits, planning fees, perpetual usufruct fees and reservations to spatial development plans.
He has experience in drawing up the contracts related to real estate trade andlease as well as the contracts connected with investments (construction contracts, design service contracts, contracts for general contractor in construction works) and real estate due diligence.

Adam Stankiewicz

For many years he has been coordinating legal services for Fabryki Sprzętu i Narzędzi Górniczych Grupa Kapitałowa FASING S.A. a public joint-stock company – the world leader in production of chains for mining and fishing industry.

He has supervised transformation and merger processes for the following companies – members of Capital Group FASING, including the transformation and introducing of MOJ S.A. a joint-stock company's shares to the public market – a leading manufacturer of clutches, keys, drilling machines and other devices from electrical machines industry.

Moreover he deals with legal service for companies with foreign capital operating in construction industry, including: Isoplus Polska Ltd, the leader in production of pre-insulated pipe systems, Wolf System Ltd, leader in production of houses and industrial objects of prefabricated wood elements and concrete containers for biological gasworks, sewage treatment works etc.

He is also the legal advisor of Magna Automotive Poland Ltd – a member of the international concern which produces spare parts for worldwide renowned car producers.

Piotr Stankiewicz

Licensed legal advisor, graduated from the Law Faculty at the University of Lublin, judges training in the years 1992-1994, worked as a court assessor in the years 1995-1997, legal advisors training in the years 1996-1999 at the Legal Advisors’ Chamber in Rzeszów.

Areas of the particular professional interest: civil law, civil procedure, public procurements law, family law.

He performs permanent legal service for the entrepreneurs in many sectors, including construction industry, real estate trading, printing, debt collection, machine and devices production and commerce. He has many years of experience in legal service in investments and litigations connected with investments.

He has broad experience in due diligence in ownership transformation processes, including proceedings of introducing the shares into public trading. He is also engaged in audits within inspection and supervising proceedings held for verification of legality of performance of capital companies’ authorities.

Another field of his specialization is family law, in particular divorce and marital property cases.
